TSB has made a series of rate cuts of up to 20 basis points and increases of up to 40 basis points across its product lines.

The headline rate changes are detailed below:

For first-time buyers (FTB), the most significant rise takes place at 85% LTV, where the two-year fix with £995 fee has moved from 1.39% to 1.79%.

And at 60% LTV, the two-year product with £995 has gone up by 30 basis points to 1.19%.

Other increases in the FTB two-year fixed category range from 10 basis points to 30 basis points.

At 95% LTV, both the £995 fee and zero fee five-year fixes have received a 20 basis point cut, which takes their prices down to 3.14% and 3.34%, respectively.

For house purchase, the 80% LTV product with £995 fee and 85% LTV product with zero fee two-year fixes have each gone up by 40 basis points, meaning rates of 1.64% and 1.79%, respectively.

Other increase range from 10 basis points to 30 basis points.

And here too have two five-year fixes at 95% LTV been reduced by 20 basis points apiece – the £995 fee product to 3.14% and the zero fee version to 3.34%.

In the remortgage range, the biggest change is a 35 basis point increase, which occurs at the 80% LTV and 85% LTV two-year fixes, again the first charging a £995 fee and the second charging zero fee.

The new prices for these are 1.79% and 1.94%, with other increases ranging between 5 basis points and 30 basis points.

Other remortgage price increases occur for five-year fixes with five-year early repayment charges and with and without £300 cashback by up 20 basis points.
