The Nottingham for Intermediaries has returned with the launch of a 95% LTV product.

The Nottingham for Intermediaries has returned to the highest-LTV market with the launch of a 95% LTV product.

Available for residential lending only, the first-time buyer offering comes as a five-year fix at 4.10% and charges zero fees.

The new product is available for both purchase and remortgage and comes with free valuation and free legal fees for remortgages.

Nottingham head of intermediary sales Nikki Warren-Dean says: “We’re expecting this product to be popular so our message to brokers is to submit well packaged cases to us as soon as possible.

“No matter who the lender is product ranges can change at relatively short notice, particularly in the current climate, so we would encourage brokers who have an accepted decision in principle to submit a full application at their earliest convenience.”
