With all Specialist lending it is important not to compare the pricing against Residential Mortgage Finance – both are very different ways of borrowing money, and are priced accordingly. Many of these facilities will be priced based on the security on offer, the amount needed to borrow, the risk of any project and the level of experience that individual or company has.
