      Document Upload Facility

      Our Document Upload Facility allows you to scan and upload documents relating to your Mortgage Enquiry or Application, helping us process and process your case quickly and efficiently.

      Please Log-In to your Secure Area to access this Documents Folder - From here you will be able to Upload documents such as Bank Statements, Proof of Income and other Lender requirements.

      You will also find the Mortgage Illustrations, Mortgage Offers and other supporting documents available to download once available.

      Case Requirements

      For most Mortgage Applications we will require the following paperwork :

      3 Months Payslips
      3 Months Bank Statements
      Proof of your ID
      Proof of your Address

      If you are Self Employed :

      Latest 2 Yrs Self Assessment
      Or 2 Yrs Company Accounts

      Other Documents May Include :

      Proof Of Deposit
      Home Improvements Quotes
      Mortgage Statements
      Evidence of Rental income
      Portfolio Landlord Documents

      Commonly Asked Questions

      Can I use this facility for all cases?

      If you have a number of cases with us then you can upload all relevant files in one place. This helps you as it avoids duplication of basic paperwork.

      Once your cases have completed, we will remove the facility until you have a new enquiry or application.

      Is There a Maximum Document Size?

      There is no set maximum number of documents, however file sizes may be restricted to approx 10mb for each document. If you find you are struggling to upload a document, please get in touch with us immediately.

      What File Formats are Accepted?

      Accepted file Formats include PDF's, Zip Files, and image files such as jpeg or jpg - we would prefer PDF files as their data sizes are easier to manage and they keep their formatting.

      Should you have other documents please look to create a ZIP file and upload that to our system

      How Do I confirm to PCI Data Security Standards?

      We ask that you do not scan any documents that may show a Credit / Debit Card Long Number (16 Digit Card Number), CVC or PIN number - however we do require bank statements that have not had any alterations or bank details obscured.

      Can I add Notes to a Document?

      This is a facility we are looking to introduce at a later date. In the meantime, please create an additional document and attach it to your case, or email us directly.

      Will I Receive Confirmation of Uploaded Documents?

      You will get an automated email from our server to confirm receipt of your uploaded Documents - we will also be notified.

      Please check all documents before you send them, to make sure the quality and reproduction of figures are clear and legible.

      I Need to Contact You But I Don't Have Any Documents To Send?

      If you don't need to upload any documents, simply send us an email (email address at the top of the website) or our contact forms.

      There will be a fee for all Equity Release Mortgage cases. Typically our fee will be £695, payable on Offer. We will agree any fees with you before we proceed with your case.

      We always aim to provide a high quality service to our customers. However, if you encounter any problems and we are unable to resolve them you can take your complaint to an independent Ombudsman. 

      Our advice is covered under the Financial Ombudsman Service.  You may be able to submit a claim through the  EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform If you live outside the United Kingdom or if you prefer not to deal directly with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
