Barclays has announced a raft of cuts across its residential purchase, remortgage and reward ranges.

The reductions, which come to market tomorrow (14 July), include:

Residential purchase:

A 2.45% two-year fixed-rate deal, with no fee at 85% loan to value. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.75%.

A 2.83% two-year fixed-rate loan, with £500 cashback and no fee, at 90% LTV. Loans range from £50,000 to £570, 000. Reduced from 3.05%.

A 2.80% five-year fixed-rate product, with no fee at 85% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 3.08%.

A 2.95% five-year fixed-rate offer, with a £999 fee at 90% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £570,000. Reduced from 3.19%.

Residential purchase – Green home mortgages:

A 2.98% five-year fixed-rate deal, with no fee at 90% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £570,000. Reduced from 3.15%.

Residential purchase – Great escape mortgages:

A 2.45% two-year fixed-rate deal, with no fee at 85% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.53%.

Residential purchase and remortgage:

A 1.94% two-year fixed-rate offer, with a £999 fee at 85% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.12%.

A 1.94% five-year fixed-rate deal, with a £999 fee at 80% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.06%.

Reward range – product transfer and further borrowing:

A 1.65% two-year fixed-rate deal, with a £999 fee at 80% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 1.75%.

A 2.59% two-year fixed-rate offer, with no fee at 90% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.80%.

A 1.94% five-year fixed-rate product, with a £999 fee at 80% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 2.06%.

And a 3.08% five-year fixed-rate offer, with no fee at 90% LTV. Loans range from £5,000 to £2m. Reduced from 3.25%.

The high street lender says the final date for generating a mortgage information sheet for existing products is on 13 July.

Its last rate switch, or product transfer, applications on existing reward range products is on 14 July.

And final new lending applications on existing products is on 22 July.
